Orders, Carts & Customers

Admin → Sales gives full visibility into orders, customers, and live shopping carts.
Orders #
The Orders list shows every order placed in your store with the order number, customer name, status, total, and date. Click any row to open the full order detail.
Order detail includes:
- Line items — product name, variant name (if applicable), quantity, unit price, and line total.
- Pricing breakdown — subtotal, discount amount (if a coupon or cart rule applied), shipping cost, tax, and grand total.
- Status — update the order status (e.g. Pending, Processing, Shipped, Completed, Cancelled) from the detail page.
- Customer notes — any message the customer added at checkout.
- Admin notes — add internal notes that are visible only to admin users and never shown to the customer.
Payments tab — every payment gateway event linked to the order is listed here: initial payment attempt, confirmation, failure, or refund. Use this to investigate payment issues without leaving the order page.
Customers #
The Customers list shows all registered customer accounts with name, email, registration date, and total order count.
Viewing a customer — click any row to see the full customer profile: contact details, registration date, and complete order history.
Editing a customer — update the customer's name, email address, and phone number. Changes take effect immediately.
Addresses — the Addresses section on the customer detail page lists all saved shipping and billing addresses. You can add new addresses, edit existing ones, or remove addresses that are no longer needed.
Carts #
The Carts page is a live view of every active cart in your store — both guest shoppers (not logged in) and registered customers.
For each cart you can see:
- The customer name or a guest identifier.
- The items in the cart with quantities and prices.
- The cart total.
- The time of last activity.
When to use this — Carts is primarily a support and analysis tool. Use it to help a customer who says they cannot complete their order ("I can see your cart and your items are still reserved"), or to identify carts that have been abandoned and may benefit from a follow-up.
