Coupons #

Coupons are discount codes that customers enter at checkout. The Coupons list shows every active and expired code with its discount value and redemption count.

Creating a coupon — click "New Coupon" and configure:

  • Code — the string customers type at checkout (e.g. SUMMER20). Codes are case-insensitive.
  • Discount type — percentage off the cart total, or a fixed amount off.
  • Discount value — the percentage or currency amount.
  • Minimum cart value — the cart must reach this total before the coupon can be applied. Leave blank for no minimum.
  • Usage limit — maximum number of times the code can be redeemed across all customers. Leave blank for unlimited.
  • Per-customer limit — maximum number of times a single customer can use the code.
  • Expiry date — the code stops working after this date. Leave blank for no expiry.

The Usage column in the list shows how many times each code has been redeemed to date.

Cart Rules #

Cart Rules are automatic discounts that apply when a cart meets certain conditions — no code required. Rules are evaluated at checkout and the highest-priority matching rule wins.

Creating a cart rule — click "New Cart Rule" and configure:

  • Name — displayed in order summaries as the discount label.
  • Type — percentage off, fixed amount off, or free shipping.
  • Value — the percentage or currency amount (not applicable for free shipping).
  • Condition — the trigger for the rule. Options include minimum cart total, minimum item quantity, or a specific product or category being present in the cart.
  • Priority — a lower number means higher priority. If multiple rules match, only the highest-priority one is applied.
  • Active / Inactive — rules can be toggled without deleting them.

Newsletter Subscribers #

This is a read-only list of every email address subscribed via the storefront newsletter form. It shows the email address and the date of subscription.

Use this list to export addresses for use in your email marketing platform, or to check whether a specific customer has subscribed.

Wishlists #

The Wishlists page is an analytics view of every product that customers have saved to their wishlists. It shows the customer, the product (and variant) they saved, and the date added.

Use this data to understand demand for items that are out of stock, about to be discontinued, or not yet released. A high wishlist count for a sold-out variant is a strong signal to restock.

Back-in-Stock Subscriptions #

When a product or variant is out of stock, shoppers can subscribe to be notified when it returns. This list shows all active subscriptions.

Each row shows the customer's email, the product and variant they are waiting for, the date they subscribed, and the Notified at timestamp. If Notified at is set, the customer has already received their restock email. If it is blank, they are still waiting.

Back-in-stock notifications are sent automatically when stock is added to a product or variant. The feature can be enabled or disabled globally under Admin → Settings → Catalog Settings.
