Are there really no transaction fees?

Yes. You pay only Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) directly to Stripe. STOAR takes nothing on top, on any plan, ever.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties either way.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes. STOAR's REST API exposes products, orders, and customers in Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Magento shapes — so any platform you move to can import them directly.

Where is my data hosted?

Sydney, Australia (DigitalOcean SYD1) by default, on App Platform instances with managed MariaDB, Redis, and Meilisearch. Enterprise plans get fully isolated infrastructure and can choose a region.

Is there a setup fee?

Never on monthly or annual plans. Migration services from Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento are available separately and entirely optional.

Is STOAR PCI compliant?

Stripe handles all card data via Stripe Checkout — STOAR never sees card numbers. SAQ-A compliance applies.
